I will do it tomorrow (Procrastination); therefore, every time you say to yourself: “I will do it tomorrow,” your brain release dopamine because you push away things that top to make your list. The pain to force yourself to do something.
Telling your goals before you even get done them. It creates a sense of achievement. Psychology speaking, your brain receives social recognition once you tell people your goals and are less likely to keep up efforts to accomplish them.
